Target Audience (WHO): Baby Boomers I and post-World War II generation (60-78 years) individuals with visual impairments. Problem (WHAT): Limited access to flexible and private transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and social events if family and friends are unable to provide transportation Reason (WHY): Due to visual impairment these individuals are unable to drive making it difficult for them to maintain an independent and active lifestyle.

1. Create detailed user personas and empathy map based on primary and secondary research conducted in the previous step that will guide the design thinking process

Based on primary and secondary research that included interview and literature review in the empathize phase, a persona for the EasyLift app was created after analyzing the research data ... This persona represents the target audience for the app and their characteristics,interests, and motivations. The main purpose of creating this persona for the EasiLift app is to guide the design thinking process and create content, feature that will help users like Margaret who due to physical health challenges and sight limitation don't want to rely on family and friend for transportation to medical appointment, visit love ones, grocery store and social gatherings. Due to this there is a clear need for alternative transportation option app that the EasyLift app aims to address.
