Around one in seven women slips into postpartum depression and experience physical changes. A lot of experts, therefore, recommended exercising because postnatal exercise helps mothers to get their confidence and firm up their body

1. Understand the core target audience of this app: postpartum mothers demographics. Explore their specific needs, motivation, pain points, frustration, goals, particularly while becoming a mother for the first time. How do these challenges impact their overall well being?

2. What is the main factor that makes a person's motivation to use a postpartum focused app?

3. How does becoming a full time mother for the first time impact their social life related to isolation, stress and loneliness?

4. Understand what kind of tools, platform and device are being used when searching for postpartum exercise, nutrition information and baby development information. How productive are these tools in assisting finding relevant information?

5. Identify key features and customization option that users are looking for in an exercise app

6. Evaluate existing apps that address postpartum challenges. How does their product help solves challenges that postpartum mother are experiencing, what is their feature, and how satisfied are the user with these apps feature and functionality

A project timeline is an important tool that helps to make sure that each step of the design thinking process is covered when developing the FlexFit app ... The project timeline helps the project progress smoothly without missing any deadlines. It helps me plan, break the project into manageable tasks, stay on track, set clear goals and deadlines. I am able to prioritize how much time to use on each task, prioritize time on task. This way, I can focus on critical tasks and meet project goals and delivery dates productively without being afraid of missing any important part. Instead of keeping track manually this timeline helps me to work effectively and structuring the time correctly when working on a large project like this .
