Target Audience (WHO): Millennial and gen Z age (23-44 years) mainly men with higher educational degree working remotely globally Problem (WHAT): Digital nomad experiences difficulties in finding work and staying financially secure. They also struggle with unreliable internet connectivity, managing work routines across time zones and feeling of isolation and loneliness because of frequent location change. Prioritizing mental health and stay up to date with industry knowledge can be difficult Reason (WHY): High competition and a global changing market makes it difficult for digital nomad to secure work. Constantly changing location, unreliable internet, time zone differences, disrupt productivity. These factors have a negative impact of mental health and industry knowledge. Additionally the isolation of remote work makes it difficult to build meaningful connection leading to burnout and decrease job satisfaction

1. Create detailed user personas and empathy map based on primary and secondary research conducted in the previous step that will guide the design thinking process
2. Problem statement: Clearly define the main challenges and pain points that Millenials and gen z with a higher professional degree with remote jobs are facing. The problem statement will be used for generating ideas and solutions for the GigHub app.
3. Explore daily routines, environment and location the context that the persona created would use the app
4. Explore visual elements like color, typography, image, font type and design styles that are appealing for digital nomads when using the GigHub app

This empathy map helps me to connect emotionally and better understand the core target audience of the app, enabling development of content, feature and functionality that will have a positive, practical, beneficial impact.
